A new Finance Centre has been lately established in Katowice, which will cover accounting activities for the European markets. The company is an international brand, well-known in its industry. Currently, we are looking for a Team Leaderwho will take over the AR team.
The scope of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to: team management activities, including performance evaluation, recruitment, coaching and motivation as well as support in process migration from Germany.Moreover, you will supervise month-end closings as well asoperational activities in the area of Accounts Receivable and be the key point of contact for Germany and other European countries for AR related matters.
We are looking for a professional with previous experience in team management as well as AR/OtCprocess who communicates fluently in English and German.Moreover, you need to present very good interpersonal as well as leadership skills, with passion for people and process improvement mindset.
