The AR function is responsible for payments from customers or clients for goods or services provided. The role is embedded in a global company and gives an opportunity to work in an international environment daily.

Our client is a company from the production industry, which is currently building its SSC in Krakow from scratch.
Description
- Perform data entry associated with Accounts Receivable
- Building excellent relations with foreign clients and customers
- Provide Accounts Receivable expertise to the team and contribute to the day-to-day delivery of the Accounts Receivable processes
- Client billing for revenue and collection of debtors
- Reconcile the AR balance sheet accounts and define accruals
- Perform timely pay-out
- Create and process credit notes
- Perform Dunning
- Internal and external query resolution
Profile
- Excellent command of English
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting (preferably as Accounts Receivable)
- Bachelor background or relevant experience (preferably in accounting, finances, economics)
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- High degree of attention to detail
