Currently, we are looking for candidates to join a new Finance HUB located in Krakow on a position of:
AR Finance Specialist with German
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Cash Management activities including cash allocation, bank statements postings and reconciliation on the company’s bank accounts
- Effectively review and troubleshoot unapplied payments in order to resolve and apply against customer accounts
- Managing and reconciling direct debit in a timely manner
- Ensuring quality and quick response to customers and departmental members
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Invoicing
- Managing aged receivables items, monitoring of the debt status
- Prepare aging reports for distribution to customer, finance and sales management
- Ensure monthly close deadlines are met
- Provide forecast information for cash receipts
- Prepare process documentation • Support internal Business
- Collaborate with other teams in continuous improvement initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency, transparency and standardization
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role within finance and accounting area
- Experience in Cash Application is required; experience with Billing, Collections and customer master data is also preferred
- Fluent level of English. Very good command of German (min. B2)
- MS Excel knowledge and familiarity
- SAP is desirable
- Strong attention to details and analytical mind
