Job Title
AR & CONTROLLING ACCOUNTANT
Your new role
You will be responsible for checking and recording incoming payment on regular basis, ensure the reconciliation between bank statement and bookings, verifying and clearing valid or unauthorised deductions as well as sending statement to customers and obtaining payment confirmation before payments fall due. You will also resolve disputes with customers and be responsible for AR insurance related issues, such as Customer Credit Limit application and maintenance, shipment control, Possible loss notification and Loss claims, as well as conduct regular ageing analysis, improving the process efficiency and DSO. In the Controlling part of this position You will prepare management analysis report and hold the meeting with country managers on monthly basis, deliver improvement advice from finance perspective and manage the customers back condition rate, monitor the customer’s accrual as well as Cut-off Price management and control.
What you'll need to succeed
You need an University Degree ( Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or related majors). Good English both spoken and written as well as 2 to 3 years in Accounts Receivables is a must. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP is also required.
