For our Client – international organisation MARS Global Services based in centre of Poznań we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Accounts Receivable Accountant with Spanish. Mars Financial Services is a part of Mars Incorporated with popular brands like M&M's, Twix, Milky Way, Snickers, Whiskas, Pedigree, Royal Canin, Orbit.
The key responsibilities are:collect and input data with high level of accuracy and in accordance with Service Offerings, answer stakeholders requests for information,communicate with internal and external customers in an effective and efficient manner, process customer receipts, manage billing collections, manage dispute/deductions-Determination and creation of disputes, resolution of unearned payment discounts, manage Claims - Claim receipt and allocation to responsible parties, process payments to customers filing claims outside the deduction process, reconcile and balance accounts at period end (Blackline) including submission of the data as well as signing off allocated accounts, act with proactive approach by supporting others, sharing experience and knowledge.
As ideal Candidate for this role will hold: preferably university degree in economics or business administration with major in accounting/ finance, relevant working experience of at least 1-2 years in AR department, ideally experience in SAP, high attention to detail, excellent communication skills will be required. Fluency in Spanish and English-written and spoken is a must.
