Currently we are looking for experienced accountant in Accounts Receivable area with Spanish who will join new Finance Centre in Katowice of an international brand and will participate in the establishing of new structures.
On the position of Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be responsible for various operational F&A activities within an Accounts Receivable area, accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Team Leader as well aspreparation of specifications/reconciliations and documentation of the submitted financial data. Your responsibilities will include perform billing, prepare invoices and/or other documentation and send them to the clients, prepare parts of the monthly reconciliation and communicate with internal and external SSC customer in an effective and efficient manner. Moreover you willparticipate in process migration and continuous process improvement initiatives.
We are looking for strong finance professionals with previous experience in Accounting with sound understanding of finance processes of Accounts Receivable (OtC). At least B2 level of Spanish is required and good knowledge of English as well. Good analytical skills together with time management abilities and the ability to work independently are essential on this position.
