We are looking for experienced Accountants (preferably in Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash / Invoicing) who speak good English and German (B1 level as a minimum). You need to present very good communication skills and team player attitude.

Your new role
On this position you will be mostly responsible for Accounts Receivable process including:
- All month end closing activities performed in line with an internal accounting guidelines
- Accounts reconciliation
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders in an effective and efficient manner
- Participation in process migration, prepare process documentation: desktop procedures and process maps
- Participation in continuous process improvement
- Supervising some of the junior staff’s activities
- Perform billing, prepare invoices and/or other documentation and send them to the clients
- Match incoming payments against open items, investigate any differences
- Prepare input for revenue calculation
- Perform inter-company reconciliation
