We are offering an exciting and challenging role as User Supporter, 2nd Level for our global Comsphere Case Manager solutions.

The Comsphere Case Managers are a crucial suite for Relationship Managers, Compliance Functions and Operations.

As member of our Business/IT Integration Team, you will closely work with our IT 2nd Level Support Team on global user enquiries along the lifecycle for new and mature products.

Support the User Support Team 1st Level, coordination and alignment with the Product Owners and our development teams around the globe.

Ensuring knowledge transfer sessions are setup and executed while launch of new products or greater changes to mature products in production.

Ensure positive user experience and increase of product acceptance by providing best production support and user guidance.

Providing support with task force activities in the event of critical incidents.

Handling ad hoc requests and supporting the Business Integration Lead in topics along the User & Platform Enablement discipline.

• A completed degree (or provable equivalent practical experience) in Business Administration or Information Technology or a related field.
• Oracle/Unix
• SNOW (basics; could be learned on the go)
• A good understanding of IT processes, technology skills as well as a deep understanding of production support operations
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• You have 3-5 years prior experience in IT Production Support, Compliance Operations or Business Integration role.
• You combine strong interpersonal and communication skills together with a positive personality and can-do / self-starter attitude.
• You have the ability to learn fast and become familiar with new concepts, IT systems and related processes in a very agile project "world".
• Friendly attitude, hands-on, the ability to interact well with user and clients describes you well.
• Your ability to work independently with partner from multiple regions, backgrounds and levels (Staff to Managing Directors) enables you to quickly gain trust and built sustainable relationships.
• Very good command of the English language
