For our Client, an international IT Service Center in Katowice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Application Support Specialist (French speaker).
Your new role
Holding this position you will be working in an international team dedicated for support of all business functions. You will investigate, resolve and/or escalate all reported tickets. Your duties will also include acting as ticket owner and leads communication with requestor for ticket life cycle, initial assessment of the incident / service request and resolving in case possible and in line with internal procedures and personal authorization level. You will also escalate to higher level / dispatch local onsite support in case physical intervention required. This position also involves compliance with procedures, segregation of duties and service levels, and contribution to knowledge management.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess experience in IT support or IT background. Fluent French in speaking and writing is essential. You also need to have clear service orientation and good communication / interpersonal skills.
