Job Description
- Provide support to internal customers in maintaining and developing company ERP system (application users are located in different sites in EU)
- Create and maintain documentation in English (manuals, tutorials)
- Analyze support requests
- Conduct online trainings courses for application users
- Tests application
- Cooperate with programmers in the creation of software which meets criteria and standards
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Demonstrable technical background
- Interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong team-working abilities
