For one of a Danish company, for their Customer Interaction Team, we are currently looking for Application Specialist.
Responsibilities on this role:
• Ongoing dialogue with product owner, the business and users making sure, that demands and wishes for the applications are converted into the right solutions
• Identify incidents in application
• Coordination of incident handling and corrections
• Configuration of applications (as a minimum web, Android, and iOS)
• Prioritisation of change requests in cooperation with product owner and coordination of development, releases, and change implementation
• Plan and perform test co-ordination in close co-operation with vendors and users
• Manage certificates, DNS, and firewall changes

Who we are looking for:
- 2 years’ experience on similar role, as a 2nd line of support
- DNS/Fiewall knowledge
- Good communicative skills
- Fluent English
