Your new role
As Application Service Manager will be required to manage the transition of SuccessFactors implementation from delivery into Application Managed Services. You will be responsible for the SuccessFactors solution, including the core HR data model and thereby ensure that company continues to improve while staying true to our global framework and design principles.

Your new role
As Application Service Manager will be required to manage the transition of SuccessFactors implementation from delivery into Application Managed Services. Key responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the global solution, covering the Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules
- Contributing to the change request evaluation process
- Continuation of improvements & optimizations that improves the user experiencing
- Providing recommendations to the timeline and project plan
- Working closely with the technical team and our solution architects designing a “fit-for-purpose” solution that is aligned with our design principles.
- Designing system landscape together with solution architects
- Overall responsibility for the documentation of the solution, including that the workbooks are up to date
What you'll need to succeed
- Academic degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) within IT, engineering or similar
- HR business understanding and process knowhow
- 5+ years of HR technology domain experience as well as deep understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors suite. Broad general knowledge of enterprise HR technology suites and products
- HR domain knowledge within core HR (Employee central)
