thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is one of competence centers for thyssenkrupp Group aimed at bundling and standardizing global administrative functions in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Real Estate Management (RE).
Your Tasks :
- analyzing of errors and developing work arounds and permanent solutions
- designing solution independent
- implementation of change requests
- handling of service requests by changing customizing
- keeping ticket up-to-date
- maintaining documentation - knowledge base
- performing regularly support and maintenance tasks
- supporting interfaces to other modules and (sub-)systems
- ensuring Compliance with internal processes
- support of go-lives
- collaboration in projects
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
- at least 2 years of experience in application support
- fluent written and spoken English, German language will be an asset
- knowledge of applications architecture
- good knowledge of Unix, MS Windows environment
- practical experience in Webservices (IIS, Tomcat, Apache)
- strong service thinking and analytical skills
- flexibility and good interpersonal skills
- ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
Experience in below listed products/technologies will be an asset
- cloud technics (e.g. AWS and AZURE)
- content management system (typo3, FirstSpirit)
- PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Shellscripting (Unix/bash, WIN/Powershell)
- Opentext (ECM), Jenkins, Check_MK
