On behalf of our client a top international company on the market, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Team Leader in the Warsaw SSC.
Your new role:
As an Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will report to the AP manager and coordinate the team of Accountants and Senior Accountants and ensure that all of the assigned process flows are kept up to date, well-documented and described in the internal database transactions are processed with efficiency and quality according to predefined standards and work process. You will take care of recruiting team members, regular meetings, feedback, mentoring as well as monitoring of KPI’s and internal controls to ensure efficiency and safety of processes. You will also take part in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key customers/suppliers both internal and external, participate and drive different AP related projects to support to Manager with tasks and projects as required.
What you'll need to succeed:
Our client requires a Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. You should also have a good track record of achievements in accounting within the AP area, previous experience with managing a team and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone fluent in English and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially MS excel. The perfect candidate has a critical mindset, strong analytical skills, pays attention to details and is a great team player. Our client is especially looking for someone with a can-do attitude and is able to establish good working relationships and work in a dynamic environment. Your ability to communicate well with the team members
