For our Client - Phoenix Contact Wielkopolska we are looking for Accounts Payable Specialist who will join Client's newly created SSC based in Poznań.
Tasks:
You will check, assign and post supplier invoices and credit memos as well as recurring documents and debit notes using SAP.
You will create and process supplier payments and manage guarantees.
You will be responsible for maintaining, reconciling and clarifying supplier accounts as well as vendor master data.
You will be responsible for monthly and year-end closing activities, prepare business evaluations, variance analyses and assist with ad-hoc analyses and reports.
You will contribute to process improvement initiatives.
You will perform other duties as required within AP process.
Requirements:
Higher education degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields.
Good knowledge of accounting principles.
More than two years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably within SSC environment.
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Very good level of English and/or German.
SAP FI/CO knowledge is a must have qualification.
Good communication skills, being a team player and enjoying working within international environment.
