For one of the largest independent investment company in the German-spoken Europe and market leader in the areas of master- KVG and private label funds, we are looking for specialist experienced in Accounts Payable process who would like take the position of Fund Accountant - Fees Specialist.
On this position you will be responsible for handling performance-dependent fees, management fees, invoices of portfolio managers, investment advisors, custodians and other third parties (incl. checking, complaints processing, accounting and archiving). Your scope of duties will include also setting up calculation sheets for calculating and controlling fees, documenting, amending and deleting fee parameters in the accounting system XENTIS. You will acts as a direct contact partner for internal and external auditors as well as you will be involved inimplementing, structuring and optimizing new processes.
We are looking for a specialists with master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject with experience in SAP and Microsoft Office (esp. Excel). Fluency in English and German previous experience in Accounts Payable process is required.
