A Shared Service Centre of an international, prestigious organization based in Poznań is looking for an experienced AP Service Expert to join a team of professionals.
Your new role
our new responsibilities will control performing of below processes, support in solving issues by addressing right solutions: processing invoice with and without PO, buy-sell Process, reconciliation of vendor statements, GIRIR clearing, debit balances, POS Asia Process, CoA process, VAT coding. Communicate with internal and external customers in efficient and effective manne and cooperate with external service providers.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have a relevant University Degree, min. 5 years of working experience in AP area. VAT knowledge, ability to comply with internal controls and policies, ability to recognize issues, attempt resolution and escalate problems if unable to resolve, communicate with internal and external customers in efficient and effective manner. You should also have fluent English,
