Shared Services Centre of the European company, which provides financial and accounting services to companies of its business areas, is looking for an experienced manager to join the team in Wrocław.
Your new role
On this position you will be fully responsible for the supervision of Procure to Pay teams. Your main duties will include ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and policies; setting goals for the team members and coaching them; generating and implementing process improvements; supporting month-end closing activities; ensuring efficient workflow; maintaining relations with vendors; creating and documenting Procure to Pay processes and procedures. You will act as a member of transition team with great understanding of the overall business goals of the whole SSC and solid knowledge of Procure to Pay processes to support team members in achieving these goals.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have excellent communication skills, profound understanding of the Procure to Pay process and strong managerial skills. Your previous experience (min. 3 years) in transitioning accounting in SSC environment and very good knowledge of SAP (FI-MM) will lead to your success. You need to speak fluent English and knowledge of other European language will be your strong asset.
