For our Client, an international business company located in Kraków, we are looking for AP Associate with Italian (part-time).
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable ensuring bills and expense reports are paid in an accurate and timely basis while adhering to departmental policies and procedures. You will be researching discrepancies in invoices and settlements, bringing to resolution and escalating issues unable to be resolved. You will be also perform data entry and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed concerning duplicate invoice processing, correct vendor selection, as well as expense approval limits and process month end accounts payable closing activities.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Students/Graduates in finance-related areas (preferred) or who are willing to develop within accounting. Very good knowledge of Italian is required (min. B2) as well as English (min. B2). Strong attention to detail is a must as well as analytical skills. We are looking for candidates available to work part time (20h per week – flexible schedule).
