Our Client is global company, which specialises in steel production.
Description
Maintain contact with clients (both e-mail and phone),
Customer service in French and English in the AP (P2P) process,
Building positive and long-term relations with clients,
Profile
Experience in the Liability Department will be an asset (AP, PTP),
Good command of French language (minimum B2) and English (minimum B1),
Master degree (preferably economic),
Good knowledge of MS Excel,
SAP knowledge welcomed
High communicativeness and personal culture in dealing with the client,
Analytical thinking skills,
Ability to work under pressure and work in a team.
