AP Accountant

Client Details
For our client from FMCG industry, we are looking candidates for position: AP Accountant.
Description
- Processing invoices (material purchases, services, fixed assets) in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Maintaining and updating vendor master data and related work-flows
- Preparing and processing manual & automated payments
- Travel & expense claim verification and processing
- Cash and bank reconciliation
- Preparing regular cash flow reports and forecasts
- Managing and reconciling fixed assets register, control over assets under construction and capital projects spend
- Regular AP query management (email and phone)
- Audit support in regard PTP area
- Co-operate remotely and directly with local, regional and global multinational teams
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements, involvement in various projects
Profile
- min. 2 years of experience within Accounting,
- very good knowledge of English, written and spoken (min. B2 level)
- Bachelor's degree in Economics,
- analytic skills,
- strong communication and networking skills,
- capability to work independently but also being a team player,
- growth mindset
- ACC, CIMA or equivalent qualifications completed or in progress would be an advantage,
- Experience within SSC/BPO environment would be an advantage,
- Experience in documenting processes and procedures,
- Knowledge of ERP preferably SAP,
- Good Excel skills,
- During transition period readiness to travel
