Currently for our client – production company we are looking for AP Accountant. If you are familiar account payable operations this role is definitely for you.
Your next position:
The tasks on the AP Accounatnt will include concur master data maintenance, statistical reporting and travel expenses verification and postings for German and Czech employees (contact with employees to support them with problems regarding TE settlements). As a Specialist you will be responsible for accounts and IC reconciliation, review of open items vendors/contact with suppliers and bank statement postings in different currencies. The scope of tasks contains also payment proposal for GER and Czech company as well as posting of incoming invoices.
What do you need to success?
Ideal candidate should have university degree (preferable accountancy, economy or finance) and minimum 3+ years accounting related experience. We are looking for Candidates who have ability to work with ERP Systems, excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel). Fluent English is a must and knowledge of German will be advantage.
