Currently for our Client – we are looking for AP Accountant. If you are familiar with end to end accounts payable operations this role is definitely for you.
Your next position:
The tasks on the AP Accountant position will include independent management of accounts payable, processing of the cost centers invoices as well as the processing of the material management invoices. As an AP Accountant you will be responsible for building and maintaining good working relationships with external vendors and internal customers, booking of bank transactions, process supplier reminders, creating a payment run including expenses and debtor repayments, posting expense reports. The scope of tasks contains also reclaiming foreign VAT (cashback) and VAT settlement, master data maintenance for vendors / customers, handling and resolving supplier payment queries, supporting and conducting continuous process improvement initiatives.
What do you need to success?
Ideal candidate should have good understanding of AP process, university degree (preferable accountancy, economy or finance). We are looking for Candidates who are communicative and have ability to apply professional knowledge in accounting provisions. Very good German is a must, English on communicative level. Experience in process transfer in shared service environment will be an asset.
