For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Analyst.
Your new role
Holding this position you will gather and detail business requirements, supporting prioritisation and traceability. You will also support team to define and manage implementation (e.g. definition of interim and target states, pilot/ roll out approach and managing implementation readiness), and manage individual implementation activities (e.g. develop training materials. You will also be expected to support process mapping/ re-engineering design activities using standard tools for both statistical and qualitative methods, and to support re-engineering delivery and implementation activities. You will also support the production of business case. Your duties will also include taking accountability for work / time management and understanding basic tools from the re-engineering toolkit and using these to conduct basic analysis - gathering current state data (operations, financial etc) and identifying improvement opportunities. You will also be responsible for designing parts of a solution based on the business requirements and supporting on planning a change approach, including considerations on how to manage impacts to the change audience (e.g. planning/ sequencing of change activities). In this role, you will be workingbetween 14:00 and 22:00 CET according to US/Canadian time zone.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be an ideal Candidate for this position, you need to possess awareness of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and best practice techniques as well as some knowledge of process improvement or requirements gathering techniques. You need to have demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships and overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise. You will also be expected to hold experience gathering requirements, process re-engineering or conducting design activity as well as experience of communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders. Exposureto change
implementation activityis also required. Experience in retail banking projects will be a plus. Other optional skills includeCertification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA),Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP),Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt,Degree in Business Information Systems or a related field.
