The successful candidate in the position of Analyst will be mainly responsible for preparing market research and financial analysis in relation to potential merger & acquisition and equity capital markets transactions opportunities and transactions.

Preparing business presentations and transaction-related marketing materials
Providing solid business judgement
Supporting companies globally
Profile
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position
High financial modeling and analytical capabilities (e.g. DCF, LBO, comps, precedent transactions)
Strong Microsoft Office capabilities including in particular Power Point
Ability to master Bloomberg, Informa Global Markets and IFR
Ability to provide a quick turnaround of requests
Ability to travel
