Our Client is an international brand, with its Business Centre located in Cracow. Currently we are looking for a department manager who will be mostly responsible for US markets and stakeholders, team management and operations within Fraud Prevention / AML.
On this position your scope of responsibilities would include: management of the department delivering operations within fraud prevention, financial services,order review process as well as dispute management and refund processing. You will cooperate closely with US stakeholders, maintain and execute internal control process, implement and suggest improvements to the existing and developing processes as well as oversee the delivery of KPIs and service within the team. As a leader you will be mostly engaged in direct management of few managers, provide them with performance feedback and mentor in case of challenges.
We are looking for a Senior Professional with few years of experience in large size team managementin with very good working knowledge and understanding of Fraud Operations / AML environment. You need to present fluency in English, strong leadership experience and skills as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships.
