AML Expert with Greek
Cracow
Main duties:
Performing timely Quality activities in Anti-Money Laundry environment
Updating all relevant MI to confirm completion of reviews and errors identified
Ensuring the quality reviews are completed within the stipulated time frame and defined SLA’s
Escalating issues as applicable to the Assistant Manager Quality
Maintaining high quality standards and avoiding rework on the quality review completed
Supporting the Manager Quality to ensure no High risk and/or Repeat finding during group audits
Acting as a process expert and extending support to the Operations Team
Cascading any process related communication to all related stake holders
Working with AMQ at the improvement of training methodology and process
Requirements:
Higher education preferably from the Commerce or Finance background
Professional experience in international environment
Minimum of 24 months of Banking or Financial Services Experience
Minimum of 36 months of relevant experience in AML process or KYC / CDD
Evidence of strong analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends and make projections
Broad experience of how the different financial circumstances of customers are reflected in their account activity and the ability from that experience to recognize when activity is suspicious rather than unusual
Ability to speak and understand Greek and English fluently
Ability to learn quickly, transfer knowledge appropriately
Ability to interpret and disseminate complex data and perform analysis as required by the business
Ability to operate in international environment strictly to tight deadlines
Ability to work well within a team and take initiatives to work independently when required
Technical Certification – TMi L2 similar industry AML certification
Good understanding and usage of Internet and MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Access is a must)
Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks
