Air Sales Team Lead

• Recruiting and team management;
• Looking for ne Clients;
• Holding meetings with Clients and potential customers as a representative of the company, its products and services;
• Managing accounts and maintaining Client relationships;
• Meeting and exceeding all sales KPI's as directed by the Sales and Marketing organization;
• Generating sales leads using company provided resources as well as from your own development;
• Coordination of qualitative long-term relationships with existing Clients;
• Collaborating with all sales channels and resources including Trade Lane Sales, Product Leaders and all others needed to shorten the selling cycle and close business;
• Being responsible for maintaining customer database;
• Continual prospecting and qualifying new Customers. The primary purpose of the job is to sell.
Requirements:
• Experience in active acquisition new Clients - necessary condition;
• Experience in B2B and B2C sales - necessary condidtion;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in air fright forwarding;
• Team management experience;
• Fluent in English and Polish - necessary;
• Results oriented;
• Cooperating;
• Attentive to details;
• Proactive.
