We are looking for a Regional Manager in Poland to join our sales team

Overview of the role:

Join us and you’ll oversee our dealer network in the Poland & Baltics region. It’s about ensuring that our dealers have everything they need to maximise sales of our Agricultural JCB machinery range. We’ve got a five-year plan in place to develop our market share and you’ll be key to ensuring we achieve our goals.

We’re looking for someone who’ll take ownership of the monthly forward order forecast, work with dealers to help them get their own growth plan together and maintain a good understanding of competitive activity within the region. You’ll support, develop, manage, budget and feedback – leading by example and always looking for a better way.

 

Your key accountabilities will be:

  • Develop and implement a sales and market share plan to support growth in line with JCB’s ambitious 2020 Vision for the agricultural product range.
  • Manage monthly forward order and forecast for agricultural products.
  • Assist with the management of incentives and sales campaigns.
  • Liaise with manufacturing divisions to ensure product development in line with customer & market requirements.
  • Identify and grow business with major account customers.
  • Ensure dealer annual targets are set and rigorous measurement of performance is implemented.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of competitive activity in the region.
  • Management of key demonstration activities.
  • Promote product & brand through regular training events for dealers & customers
  • Ensure market coverage is sufficient to ensure growth targets are achieved.
  • Company ambassador at shows, exhibitions and demonstrations.

 

About you:

Of course, you’ll have a strong history within dealerships as a manager, so you’ll have developed that rare skill of tapping into and drawing out what motivates your dealer performance. You’ll have database management and customer communications skills in droves, too, and a good knowledge of the JCB product range, not to mention our pricing and positioning points. We’re after someone who knows how to maximise added value products such as Finance, Insurance and Service Plans and can imbue the regional team with that ability.
