Agile IT Business Analyst
Location: KrakówThe challenges waiting for you:
We are looking for IT Business Analyst who will be working in investment environment with and cooperate with stakeholders to prevent and detect of manipulation and illegal activities in banking global applications including electronic and audio communications.The tools used for surveillance and protection are strictly dependent on data from internal trading systems and other Compliance systems, market data and news sources.
- Analysis and documentation of business requirements
- Production of detailed functional specifications in order for a development team / vendor to meet the required business outcome
- Specification and documentation of surveillance analytics to a standard which would bear scrutiny by an internal audit or external regulators
- The Identification, analysis and validation of multiple data elements including Trade, Reference and Market data sources
- The participation in testing cycles, working with the System Testers to ensure adequate test scripts have been built and run, assisting users with acceptance testing
Required skills:
- Extensive data analysis, data mapping, functional and technical business analysis experience (Minimum 4 years+) working at investment bank
- Proven, significant and demonstrable experience of analysing and documenting business requirements for global applications
- Practical experience in functional analysis and design, utilising different methodologies i.e. Use Cases, Business Process Modelling within a Waterfall or Agile Project environment
- Proven, significant and demonstrable experience of following a structured approach to analysis, including the preparation of all related artefacts (e.g. functional system specifications, data feed specifications, etc.)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
