We are now starting a new greenfield project related to online technology, and are looking for an Agile Coach to ensure its delivery. This project will offer great opportunities to use modern and innovative technologies, to challenge existing processes and tools as well as a great amount of autonomy in how you want to do your work.
Agile Coach
Miejsce pracy: WarszawaYou will take on a position of agile coach in our core development team and drive the common objective of delivering excellent software as fast as possible and with a great degree of collaboration.
This will include:
- Ensuring we continuously improve our delivery process
- Identifying project risks and raising them proactively
- Mentor the team members in the adoption of agile practices.
- Aiding the team in pre-planning, planning, daily meetings, review & retrospective
- Acting as a facilitator, mentor & coach to enable the team attaining a sustainable agile maturity model & to continuously improve
All of which will be in collaboration with a team of engineers & product managers.
You have a passion for communication, group dynamics and coaching. You are not afraid to raise issues to drive change. You have an insatiable appetite for learning new things and improving existing ones.
You will also have:
- 2years working experience as an agile coach or scrum master
- Strong commitment to Agile practices (e.g. Scrum & Kanban)
- Experience of working on products/projects with multiple teams
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Possibly, previous experience in a technical role (e.g. software engineer)
