THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Administrative Coordinator role will focus on the provision of administrative support to a number of different business functions (within the cardiovascular team) providing an efficient, comprehensive and confidential support service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities:
- Processes event request from internal stakeholders
- Handles enquiries from internal stakeholders on a daily base
- Financial administration (purchase orders, invoices)
- Archiving, with observance of the regulations
- Communicates with external suppliers
- Management and organisation of activities/travel arrangements
- Daily ad hoc businesses (for internal stakeholders)
- Organisation and planning of internal and external meetings

REQUIREMENTS

- MBO Administratief / Secretarieel – niveau 4
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Native Dutch and good knowledge of English.
- Experience in the pharma is a big plus.

- Experience in administrative or secretarial support roles to multiple team members.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Competent in MS office tools: Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Support in organising congresses/meetings involving stakeholders from multiple organisations.
- Personal Attributes.

- Self confident and assertive in working with senior management.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive/solution orientated approach.
- Personal accountability to see matters through to completion.
