IT Administrative Co-ordinator / Analyst
Location: Poznań
Job type: Contract B2B / civil law contract
Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for collating & analysing data from various sources and development of standard reports such as:
- Review and collate monthly VoC (Voice of the Customer) survey data
- monthly division delivery & service metrics
- Monthly division Digital initiatives including usage reports of all CH websites & mobile apps
- Organise, collate and ensure publishing of monthly division articles on the CHIT website,
- Act as the main CH Digital Initiatives Sharepoint site IT administrator (granting access, training/support of new users) and support the Global Digital Operations team within the business to approve digital initiatives or addressing IT issues
- Act as Comms Representative for the division department as a whole and attend CH Comms meeting, communicate updates to division
- Provide a comprehensive proactive admin service to department team, including arranging meetings, events and conferencing (telephone and video) involving groups of people in different locations and organisations, ensuring that all-admin details are considered. This includes organise and act on invoices, expenses, enquiries and requests in a proactive and professional manner where necessary
- Act as central point of contact for IT department (new starters, laptops, room bookings, etc.)
- Provide admin support to IT departmental projects and initiatives where necessary.
- Prioritise work to meet department needs, exercising initiative and judgement in making decisions.
Requirements:
The role requires someone who is reliable, creative, well organised and can prioritise their workload themselves.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ideally knowledgeable in Sharepoint
- High level of attention to written communications and numerical detail
- Proficient in English business language – written and spoken
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- A self-starter personality and enjoys working in a team
