Administrations & Operations Coordinator
Lokalizacja: PoznańCurrently, for our client we are looking for a candidates for a position:
Administration & Operations Coordinator with English
Responsibilities:
- Provide an administrative support for the practice
- Support and prepare administrative practice tasks monitoring budgets, prepare for monthly practice calls, organizing and scheduling practice calls
- Maintain and update internal core databases, e.g., LoPs database, credentials, case studies
- Create a monthly view of the client activity pipeline in the region
- Support people related initiatives
- Practice operations (budgets, prepare reports, managing, client pipelines)
- Knowledge dissemination (own and maintain databases)
- Providing first level of client development support (maintain and create cases, cv and references repository) and connectivity (offsites, newsletters, opco calls and meetings)
- Maintain a database of all EEMA PuSH affiliated consultants
- Access to People link and other firm databases to gather people related information
- Work closely with People initiatives leader to prepare for internal alignment discussions and meetings
- Supporting reputation building, connectivity and community building within the practice Coordinate and help plan practice meetings, e.g., monthly leadership meetings, practice offsites
- Maintain a library of relevant practice and knowledge documents, in particular client impact cases
- Preparing reports and summaries
Requirements:
- University degree
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1 – CEFR1 or equivalent)
- 2-3 years professional experience in complex administrative roles
- Flexible to work longer hours during peak work periods after prior agreement and occasionally provide off-site support
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Tableau, Cvent, Firm tools
- Confident with basic analysis and handling of a variety of data sources
