Main tasks:

  • Preparation of documentation for events organized/ supported by comapny – applications, agreements with HCPs and other supporting docs.
  • Archiving docs
  • Administrative support for company events; logistics for company guests.
  • Replacement during the absence (sickness, leave of absence) of the person responsible for the organization of sponsored events- mailbox monitoring, contact with the agency and Product Managers to ensure communication flow.
  • Supporting GM and other LT members in administrative activities.

Requirements:

  • About  1 - 2  years of experience in administration
  • Very good English (B2/C1)
  • Experience in working with MS Office
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Accuracy, diligence and commitment

Salary around 5500 gross per month.
