Administration Specialist
Location: KatowiceThe key responsibilities of the role include:
- Company mobile devices fleet owner
- Administration of access control process
- Administration's vendor management
- Taking care of the company's image
- Planning local transfer within existing office arrangements
- Participation in purchasing process
- Entering and completing finance data
- Participation in creating new processes and procedures, review of existing ones
- Organization and coordination of company trips/ external meetings
- Reporting for the use of NGA PL as well as Group
- Reception backup
Skills and Experience
You have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good command of English in speech and writing
- The ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work independently and to prioritize your own responsibilities
- Team player attitude
