align issue resolution with the customer service team
process return orders
conduct stock planning for warehouses
process damaged goods in the system
manage day to day operations
communicate with other teams a daily basis to review progress and resolve day to day operational issues
fluency in English and a good level of German
previous experience with internal and external customers
SAP knowledge would be a plus
analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
analytical mindset, ability to pull and work with large data
