Activity Projects Manager
Miejsce pracy: 43-500 Czechowice Dziedzice
Objectives:
- management of 5 Project Teams (5 project managers, over 20 project team members);
- scope of products: remanufactured starters, alternators, DMF; new alternators, starters;
- scope of customers: OEM (non-automotive mainly), OES (all key PC & HD car manufacturers), IAM;
- new project launches (from feasibility / concept to SOP) in compliance with QCD objectives;
- customer technical support;
- leading technical negotiations on process / product / validation specs with customers;
- preparation and organization of customer visits and audits & visits to customers site;
- active extending of current product range by proposing our customers new technical solutions;
- preparing technical and cost analysis for RFI’s & RFQ’s;
- esponsible for transfer of products from OEM plants to AFM plant;
- working on constant efficiency improvement of projects output & AFM project methodology;
- project department budget management.
Requirements:
- university degree (technical or management);
- min. 2 years experience in industry on a similar position (experience in reman appreciated);
- communicative English language;
- ability to manage multi teams;
- very good communication and interpersonal skills;
- oriented on reaching objectives and on constant efficiency improvement;
- experience with automotive & non-automotive customers.
