Acounts Payable Lead
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a candidate that will take a position of Accounts Payable Lead - a person will need to be resilient and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Our Client is an international organization located in Wroclaw, well organized, high-level and stable company with constant growth on a global market.
Description
- Booking and coding incoming invoices and expense claims, including the correct VAT treatment of invoices.
- Ensuring invoices and expenses are only paid if suitably approved.
- Preparing payment runs for all entities.
- Ensuring the Trade Creditors are kept up to date so that aged creditors are clean and reconciled.
- Preparing payroll and other ad-hoc payments
- Month-end close: Ensure your balance sheet is clean and reconciled and provide cost analysis to the Management Accountants.
Profile
- Comfortable with process change and improvements.
- Able to ensure the Accounts Payable process runs smoothly from week to week and is an organised and systematic thinking.
- Comfortable talking to people around the business; you will need to deal with queries and reach out to other teams for information on a regular basis.
- Experience within a similar sized company.
- The ability to operate as a "hands on" member of the finance function.
- First class communicator - written and verbal.
- The ability to provide insightful information.
- Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and able to think outside the box.
- Very good knowledge of English
