Currently, we are looking for candidates to join a new Finance HUB located in Krakow on a position of:

Accounts Receivables Team Lead


Responsibilities
• Drive and coordinate transition of AR processes across several countries during the role-in phase
• Overall accountable for timely and correct execution of ongoing transactions of all Accounts Receivables (sub-)processes according to SLA
• Lead team members to ensure staff performance, motivation and development
• Monitor ongoing execution of Accounts Receivables (sub-)process in accordance with global process design
• Support the overall process design and the management of change requests
• Accountable for Service Level Agreements being met
• Manage resolution process of issues raised within (sub-)process area and align topics with relevant stakeholders
• Manage the integration process of additional markets
• Manage functional on-boarding, training and development of team members
• Support and manage identification and implementation of continuous improvement measures

Skills & Experience
• Over 6 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivables area including 2-3 years of experience on a Team Leader position
• Very good knowledge of AR processes
• Native, bilingual or at least C1 level of English and Polish
• Academic degree
• US GAAP knowledge (required)
• Very good knowledge of SAP ERP and MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience in transition management
• Experience in managing teams & individuals with different backgrounds
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to work under time pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills including empathy, teamwork, facilitation, persuasion and communication; open mindedness
• Readiness to travel across the Europe quarterly (monthly in transition)
