On behalf of our Client, a global SSC in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position Accounts Receivable Team Leader.
Your new role
Holding the position of Accounts Receivable Team Leader you will be responsible for the operations and performance of Accounts Receivable team. In this role you would manage all AR functions related to the clients’ accounts. You will also reconcile all cash functions and perform reporting. Person in this position would need to ensure accuracy of AR and monthly allowance schedule in accordance with clients’ agreements, payment plans and corporate policies. The job includes managing AR team and ensuring appropriate timely and accurate AR and accounting processes. You will be also responsible for managing escalations, coaching, performance management, rewards & recognition and competence development of subordinates.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree and at least 3 years of experience in managerial role. Adequate understandings of business & accounting management and deep knowledge of AR process as well as change management and good leadership skills are a must. What is more good communication skills in English are required. The ideal Candidate will be business and customer oriented and will be focused on business targets. Oracle ERP experience is a must.
