Accounts Receivable Accountant with German OP
Location: Nowe Miasto Lubawskie
For our clients , SCC sector Companies, we are looking for AR Accountants/Senior AR Accountants to join our team in Poznań office center (possible relocation in the future) or fully remote work. Join the young and dynamically growing team of professionals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Team Leader
- Responsible for the preparation of specifications/reconciliations and documentation of the submitted financial data
- Match incoming payments against open items, investigate any differences
- Review customer accounts
- Prepare parts of the monthly reconciliation
- Report periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements
- Prepare process documentation: desktop procedures and process maps
- Participation in continuous process improvement
Our requirements
- Very good German min. B2 (both verbal and written) + English B1/B2
- University/ College Degree: Finance, Accounting, Economics ( is an asset)
- Knowledge of accounting basic principles
- SAP and MS Office knowledge
- Strong customer driven focus
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
