Accounts Payable
What will you be responsible for?
- managing purchase invoices
- control and accounting of purchase invoices
- issuing purchase invoices and advances
- accounting of bank statements
- reconciling the balances
- direct contact with vendors
- clarifying inaccuracies with vendors
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payables experience required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English
- Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, then make clear and timely decisions
- Self-reliance and ability to escalate appropriately
- Organizational skills, open minded and receptive to change
