Our Client– Global Manufacturer of scientific equipment is looking for an Accounts Payable Team Leader to join its new accounting entity in the center of Warsaw. The new team is supposed to support processes for company’s entities in EMEA region.
In your new role you will bemanaging a team (up to 9 members) and support it in operational activities when required. Working in this role you will identify opportunities for process improvement and you will implement suggested changes. Moreover, you will need to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks end take effective actions to fulfill all process objectives.
You need to have:wide knowledge about Accounts Payable processes with proven experience in this area (around 6 years, with 3 years in leading teams). Our Client would like to hire experienced Team Leader with organizational and prioritising skills supported with can-do attitude and positive attitude towards people Additionally, your daily activities will need to be performed with usage of Englishand Germanat advanced level (at least B2).
