For our Client, the American multi-channel retailer based in Kraków, we are looking for AP Supervisor.
Within this position you will be responsible for supervising the AP Department team members by overseeing their day to day work of processing invoices for payment, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of payments to company vendors, while maximizing cash discounts, PO terms. You will be ensuring that departmental procedures and policies are followed as well as performing diverse departmental processing duties and analyses, including but not limited to preparing and/or reviewing general ledger reconciliations, A/P control reports, electronic and wire payments and ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met. You will be also conducting regular staff, and 1:1 meetings to provide updates, discuss, and collaborate on changes for the department.
We are looking for Candidates with 2-4 years of experience within Accounts Payable and/or inventory accounting and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Ideal candidate has the ability to work under pressure associated with managing a large team, and the daily processing of a high volume of invoices and short time frames for processing. Flexible to changes in direction and/or priorities. Fluency in English (C1) is required
