For our Client, one of the most popular SSC in Katowice, we are looking for the person to hold a position Accounts Payable Team Leader with Germanwho will have possibility to participate in process migration from other countries to Katowice.
Your new role
As an Accounts Payable Team Leader with Germanyou will be responsible for managing of a team – preparing targets, delegating tasks, motivating and coaching, organizing and supervising team’s day to day operational activities in the area of Accounts Payable, supervising monthly, quarterly and yearly end closing, ensuring accurateness of journal entries performed by the Accounts Payable team, supporting Financial Statement preparation and creating commentaries and being in direct contact with local and corporate finance teams and acting as key point of contact for Germany and other European countries for Accounts Payable related matters. You will be a person who will be also gathering data, analysing problems, identifying root causes, developing solutions, measuring performance and reporting to the Finance Shared Services Lead and who will be responsible for many other tasks.
Our requirements
To be the best Candidate for this position you need to speak English (min. B2) and German (min. A2), minimum 6 yearsof relevant financial experience, ideally in an international SSC or BPO environment, SAP and MS Office package knowledge?, very good analytical, communication, people, time management skills.
