We are looking for a person to hold the position PTP Team Leaderto one of the greatest company in Katowice which sets up a new Shared Service Centre.
Your new role
As a PTP Team Leaderyou will be responsible for management of a team – preparing targets, delegating tasks, motivating and coaching, organizing and supervising team’s day to day operational activities in the area of Accounts Payable (processing invoices, matching invoices with the payments, monthly reconciliations), supervising monthly, quarterly and yearly end closing, ensuring accurateness and effectiveness of other activities performed by the Accounts Payable team, supporting Financial Statement preparation and creating commentaries, being in direct contact with local and corporate finance teams and acting as key point of contact for Germany and other European countries for Accounts Payable related matters and gathering data, analysing problems, identifying root causes, developing solutions, measuring performance and reporting to the Finance Shared Services Lead. Your duties will be also: being responsible for KPIs linked to Accounts Payable processes, executing the strategic goals and targets provided to shared services center staff by management, ensuring continuous improvement of German Accounts Payable processes and working closely with project management team and participating in and supporting the process migration
Our requirements
To be the best Candidate for this position you need to have very good command of English and additional language - German (min. A2/B1), minimum 6 years of relevant financial experience, ideally in an international SSC or BPO environment, experience in management – leading and motivating team members, previous experience with process documentation and willingness to travel during the transition phase.
