Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable team (up to 10 people) covering multiple entities. Your everyday duties will include ensuring departmental process are governed, KPIs and targets are met and that workflow is effectively managed to ensure prompt and and correct payment to suppliers. You will be also in charge of implementing continuous improvement actions to improve processes; managing and controlling account reconciliations, month-end closing activities of accounts payable balances and payments, minimizing cash risks. You will also review and control all accounts payable related balances and manage the cash flow and reporting of balances to support effective management of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in accounting department in multinational environment including managerial experience in leading the team (at least 2 years of experience as a leader or manager). To be successful you need to speak very good English and have university degree. You need to be motivated and flexible to take part in creation of the new SSC in Wrocław.
