For Our Client, an international company, we're currently looking for - Accounts Payable Specialist
The key responsibilities are:
• The main purpose of the role is oversee the group accounts payable function, including the processing
and payment of invoices
• Timely processing of bank transactions to the general ledger across the Group’s banks and monthly
reconciliation of bank accounts to the TB
• Preparation of monthly payment runs, including the coordination of payment approvals from relevant individuals in the group. Facilitation of other ad hoc and urgent payments as required
• Confirming supplier bank details where changes have been made and updating internal records.
• Arranging test payments to new bank details where required
• Responding to supplier queries and driving them to satisfactory resolution
• Reporting outstanding expenses payable to employees to payroll for payment and reconciling of he expense control accounts
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes & experience:
• Experience working in an accounts payable function
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good communication skills
• Organised and efficient
• Proactive and engaging attitude
