For one of our clients, a newly established Shared Services Center in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALISTwill be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes via the AP scanning system, actively managing the invoices that are yet to be coded and/or authorized, sending out remittance advices, dealing directly with suppliers regarding any queries, checking supplier statements monthly to ensure all records are accurate, as well as covering for related processes, e.g. employee expenses.
We are looking for Candidates with approximately 1+years of relevant experience in AP, gained preferably in SSCenvironment, who are well acquainted with MS Office Suite and are fluent in English(written and spoken).
